If the cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund including any shipping fees.
1.2 After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.
Refunds are only available for items returned in compliance with our Return Policy (items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt).
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
